Chandler J. Lewis, Co-Founder

Chandler Lewis (he/him) is Director of Equity and Inclusion for The Cross Cultural Health Care Program and brings over 12 years of experience in childhood and adult education, social innovation start-ups, non-profit management, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and management consulting. He has a history working with organizations and institutions that serve under-represented communities, specifically focusing on homelessness, addiction, and mental health. He continues to be a leader in the community through his involvement as the Executive Board President for Circle of Friends for Mental Health, a 501(c)3 nonprofit providing therapeutic arts-based programming throughout the Puget Sound region in Washington, and as a Trustee for the UW-based Foundation for Understanding through Students (FIUTS). He has a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Washington and a Master’s of Science in Organizational Leadership from Johns Hopkins University.

Chandler also works extensively with the Pacific Northwest entrepreneurial ecosystem and has worked as an Adjunct Instructor for the UW CoMotion/National Science Foundation’s Innovation Corps (I-Corps) Site Program. He is committed to supporting the community and proudly serving as an Executive Mentor and Advisor for several notable programs in the region including: The Tombolo Institute at Bellevue College, WSU and SP3NW’s Flexible Infrastructure for Resilient Entrepreneurship (FIRE) Program, UW CoMotion Advisory Services, UW CoMotion Labs, UW School of Nursing, UW Department of Laboratory Medicine and Pathology, and the Master of Science in Entrepreneurship Program at the Foster School of Business.


Levi Velez Reed, Co-Founder

Levi is currently the Site Director for the Creative Destruction Lab (CDL) at the University of Washington. Previously, Levi launched new brands and products and led ecommerce operations at multinational companies including WS Audiology and Amazon and Eunimart. He is particularly proud of a track record at multiple companies of building teams of remarkable professionals who consistently outperformed benchmarks. He has worked with several tech and digital marketing startups as a member of the team, a consultant, and an advisor. As a startup advisor and investor, Levi enjoys connecting with founders and learning about what they're working on, making connections to drive mutual benefit, and being part of the exciting experience of growing a new venture. As an advisor he focuses on early stage growth, go to market strategy, and a thoughtful approach to marketing analytics.

Levi brings 15 years of professional experience primarily in product marketing and general management, including B2B, consumer marketing, GTM strategy, and marketing analytics. He takes a data-driven, analytical approach to his projects and especially enjoys the opportunity to pair creative marketing strategy with quantitative analysis and robust testing and optimization. Levi received his MBA from ESADE Business School in Barcelona after studying international economics (B.A.) at Wells College and communications (M.S.) at Ithaca College.


Dr. Bethany Doran, Co-Founder Emerita

Dr. Bethany Doran (she/her) is a physician entrepreneur and CEO/founder of Enabled Health, which improves access to care at home for individuals with chronic disease through a novel care delivery system that seamlessly incorporates technology. She is a board member for Seattle Families of Color, and a mentor for Berkeley’s CITRIS Foundry. She completed her medical school training at Albert Einstein College of Medicine where she did research with Dr. Chinazo Cunningham, now leading the division of Mental Hygiene for New York City to develop an opt-out program for HIV testing in a clinic in the Bronx and was a recipient of the David Rogers fellowship.

After medical school, she obtained her Master’s in Public Health and Policy at Columbia Mailman School of Health before completing her residency in internal medicine at New York University, where she cared for indigent populations at Bellevue Medical Center. Her research at NYU became the basis of national and international guidelines, and she completed training in cardiology at Duke University where she was awarded the NIH Loan Repayment Grant (LRP) and selected as an American Heart Association (AHA) Fellow for heart failure for her work using machine learning to predict outcomes with patients with heart failure. She was a member of YC120, Singularity University Incubator 2018 (and stayed on as guest lecturer), participant of the WEF Leapfrogging Genomic Data Roundtable, and member of the Ethics Council on return of genomic results at University of Colorado.

Sudhakar Kaushik, Entrepreneur-in-Residence
Sudhakar Kaushik is the CEO and co-founder of Jeeva Health. Jeeva is focused on using AI/ML and technology for social impact and is on a mission to bring about proactive and data-driven approaches to mental health and push for population approach to mental health, particularly for adolescent and rural populations. He has an extensive technology product innovation and global go-to-market track record built by creating multiple meaningful businesses from disruptive concepts at large corporations (Verizon, Altice USA, SeaChange International). He has product consulting and startups (Alacris.io) experience as well. He has built large global teams, market-developed and managed multi million dollar global P&Ls, and conceived and launched mobile and other apps for millions of users, studiously honing in on user centric approaches He has an MBA from UT-Austin with an engineering degree from Indian Institute of Science/Bangalore University. He is joining 360 Ventures as an advisor to the board and as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence and looks forward to mentoring and contributing further to the 360 mission and ecosystem development.


Brian Allen, Entrepreneur-in-Residence
Brian Allen (he/him), Entrepreneur-in-Residence: Brian is a long-time technologist and cleantech entrepreneur focusing on strategic planning, operations, and appropriate technology consulting for clients in the building, energy, water, food, ICT, and finance sectors. His experience ranges from Fortune Global-500 corporations and small businesses, to startups and non-profits across the United States, Europe and Latin America over the past 30 years. He is currently focused on why and how the myriad intersections of circularity, appropriate technology, and social justice must necessarily drive humanity towards solutions to our greatest environmental and social challenges. He has earned degrees from the University of Wisconsin, the Institut d’Études Politiques, and the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies.


James O'Conner, Entrepreneur-in-Residence
James has been at the forefront of software development in Silicon Valley for over 40 years. He was a Principal Developer for major corporations like HP and Microsoft where he was instrumental in the evolution of the Mac Office offering. On the opposite end of the spectrum, James has also worked with startups to build their cloud platforms from the ground up - which ignited his interest in SaaS and Innovation. With seed funding from Steve Blank and an NSF grant, Innovation Within and its Discovery Platform™ was born. With Innovation Within, James helps entrepreneurs take a step back from the building and validate their business ideas through qualitative customer research. He has a deep passion for customer discovery and uses his software to enable entrepreneurs to take the risk out of their business ideas.
