Team Biographies
Chandler J. Lewis
Managing Director & Founder
Chandler Lewis (he/him/neurodivergent) is the Founder and Managing Director of 360 Social Impact Studios. He brings over 15 years of experience in childhood and adult education, social innovation start-ups, non-profit management, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), and management consulting. He has a history of working with organizations and institutions that serve under-represented communities, specifically on homelessness, addiction, and mental health. He continues to be a leader in the community through his involvement as the Executive Board President for Circle of Friends for Mental Health, a 501(c)3 non-profit providing therapeutic arts-based programming throughout the Puget Sound region in Washington, and as a Trustee for the UW-based Foundation for Understanding through Students (FIUTS). He has a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Washington and a Master’s of Science in Organizational Leadership from Johns Hopkins University.
Chandler also works extensively with the Pacific Northwest entrepreneurial ecosystem and has worked as an Adjunct Instructor for the National Science Foundation’s Innovation Corps (I-Corps) Site Program at UW and currently as a Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Accessibility (IDEA) Practitioner for NASA's Astrophysics Division. He is committed to supporting the community and proudly serving as an Executive Mentor and Advisor for several notable programs in the region, including The Tombolo Institute at Bellevue College, WSU, and SP3NW’s Flexible Infrastructure for Resilient Entrepreneurship (FIRE) Program, UW CoMotion Labs, UW School of Nursing, UW Department of Laboratory Medicine and Pathology, and the Master of Science in Entrepreneurship Program at the Foster School of Business.
Brian Allen
Entrepreneur-in-Residence & Board Director
Brian is a lifelong technologist and cleantech entrepreneur helping mission-driven, planet-regenerating startups to strategically apply circularity and sustainability in their business model and culture. He is currently focused on why and how the myriad intersections of circularity, appropriate technology, and social justice are necessarily driving humanity to solve our greatest environmental and social challenges.
His experience ranges from Fortune Global-200 corporations to small businesses, startups and nonprofits across the United States, Europe and Latin America over the past 30 years in the water, food, built environment, energy, transportation, ICT and finance sectors.
Madhup Verma

In a career that spans 25+ years in Business leadership function, Madhup has spearheaded business development activities, customer – partner relationship enablement and GTM (Go-to-market) alliances with leading cloud platform providers – Microsoft, Amazon, and SAP. Madhup has experience working across North America, Asean, EMEA and India region.
Over the last 7 years, Madhup has run startups to steer business creation and momentum in uncharted territories with new spectrum of solutions offerings and services, ranging from Education Technology in Healthcare, Government, B2B corporates to Academia and build out of AI/ML based software product development focused on Transportation and logistics, manufacturing, and Aerospace.
Chris Ponce
Entrepreneur-in-Residence & Board Member
Chris Ponce (he/him) has a passion for AI innovation and a unique background that includes serving as a Marine Corps Veteran, Emergency Medical Technician, Bartender, Operations Supervisor, Healthcare Research Analyst, and Infantryman Sergeant. As a first-generation college student, Chris earned his Bachelor of Science in Public Health and Associates in Biology.
Chris is excited to leverage his diverse experience with a holistic approach to drive innovative solutions and create opportunities for others. His vision is to empower and support underrepresented and historically marginalized entrepreneurs as they bring their innovative ideas to life. Chris believes that everyone deserves the opportunity to turn their dreams into reality, regardless of their background. That's why he is dedicated to providing these entrepreneurs with the resources, support, and community they need to succeed.
Ultimately, his goal is to create an unparalleled space for collaboration and innovation, fostering a culture of inclusiveness and helping these trailblazers turn their ideas into reality.
Ed Paradis
Chief of Staff, Entrepreneur-in-Residence, & Board Member
Ed's (he/him) background in engineering and passion for the user experience guides his work to help teams design, build, and deliver world-changing products.
As Director of Engineering at WEConnect Health Management, he led the business-wide transformation from waterfall to agile product development, reducing cycle time from months to days and pivoting through a series of increasingly successful business models.
He has a Masters in Human Centered Design and Engineering from the University of Washington, Seattle and a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Dallas.
Sudhakar Kaushik
Entrepreneur-in-Residence
Sudhakar is a New Product Development expert that ran an in-house incubator to help take stodgy phone company Verizon into entertainment distribution (FiOS TV); then when internet took hold, led the companies (Verizon, SeaChange) into internet video a la Netflix; helped SeaChange launch into internet video globally by launching a new subscription SaaS model, got picked up in trade press as a case study to infuse new ideas into stodgy domains and use new business models to go down-market. Now, he is building Jeeva to take data, tech into mental health, building on solid clinical science and socio-behavioral models.
Swatee Surve

Swatee Surve, Litesprite Founder & CEO, is a pioneer in the field of Health Entertainment and has led the development and launch of disruptive technology-based healthcare businesses for Microsoft, Nike, T-Mobile, Premera Blue Cross and Eastman Kodak. These commercialization projects led to several patents including Nike's first wearable technology patents.
She is one of Puget Sound Business Journal’s Innovators of the Year and is recognized as an international healthcare leader by organizations such as the U.S. State Department. She has contributed her insights in private roundtables that focused on the advancement of healthcare technologies with HHS Deputy Secretary Eric Hargan, US Sen. Maria Cantwell, and FCC Commissioner Rosenworcel.
Her knowledge was incorporated into to the Consumer Technology Association’s Standard CTA-2106, Characteristics and Requirements for Chronic Stress Technology Solutions. Her essay on “Embracing the science of behavior change” is cited in HIMSS’s Medical Informatics 4th ed.
Surve has an MBA from the University of Chicago, an MSME in Biomechanics from Pennsylvania State University, and a BS in Bioengineering from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She has been featured in international, national, and regional media outlets and has been a speaker at national conferences hosted by the American Psychiatric Association, Microsoft, Prevent Cancer Foundation, DICE, Medcity News, Stanford University Medicine X, University of Chicago Booth Graduate School of Business and College of Engineering, UW Foster School of Business, Seattle University, and others.

Aadhar Chauhan
Intern - Product Research Scientist
Aadhar recently graduated from the University of Washington, with a specialization in Computer Vision and Machine Learning. During his time there, he served as a Research Assistant at the Control and Trustworthy Robotics Lab under the guidance of Prof. Karen Leung. Before joining University of Washington, he worked as a Senior Research Engineer at Mahindra Research Valley, India, where he was part of the Powertrain Development Team and helped to develop and calibrate controls for Internal Combustion Engines for SUVs. His research focuses on fusing the thermal and visual images together to get a richer and more meaningful image to be used in several applications, such as Search and Rescue missions and Autonomous Driving Systems, where the environmental conditions may limit the functioning of the stand-alone camera.
William Wang
Intern - Technical Product Manager
William is a senior informatics student at the University of Washington, emphasizing expertise in web development, cloud services, and data science. He has fortified his skills through rigorous coursework and extensive experience, including Web Programming, Data Engineering and Product Management. His practical experience is evident in roles such as a Digitalization Intern at Airbus. He significantly streamlined processes with an aircraft manufacturing tracking dashboard and conducted comprehensive data preprocessing on extensive aircraft datasets. At Cledge, an AI-based college counseling startup, he made significant contributions by building landing pages and developing college search tools. Proficient in cloud services, he demonstrated his skills through projects like a real-time cryptocurrency data provider service on Amazon AWS.
Demonstrating a fervent enthusiasm for bringing innovations with technology, William is ready to drive impactful contributions in the industry.
